城镇老旧小区绿色改造是推动城市更新、实现“双碳”目标的关键举措，居民参与是保障改造顺利实施与长效运行的重要支撑。本文以杭州为例，基于386份居民调研问卷数据，运用结构方程模型分析居民参与影响因素。研究发现，行为态度与信息支持感知是驱动参与意向的核心因素，参与意向对参与行为具有显著正向影响。进而提出深化改造价值传导、优化信息沟通机制、畅通意愿转化路径策略，为城镇老旧小区绿色改造的可持续推进提供实践参考。

Green renovation of urban old residential communities is a key measure to promote urban renewal and achieve the “dual carbon” goals, while resident participation serves as an important support for ensuring the smooth implementation and long-term operation of the renovation. Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of resident participation using a structural equation model based on data from 386 resident questionnaires. Research findings indicate that behavioral attitude and perception of information support are the core factors driving participation intention, and participation intention exerts a significant positive impact on participation behavior.Furthermore, it puts forward the strategies of deepening the value transmission of transformation, optimizing the information communication mechanism and smoothing the path of willingness transformation, which provides practical reference for the sustainable promotion of green renovation of urban old residential communities.
